Users registered in out system are granted the ability to cancel their own accounts.
However, you can only cancel accounts that do not contain:
- incompleted orders for any service
- active services
- positive balance of the credit account
To cancel your registration, proceed as follows:
- Log in to customer administration
- Open tab Customer
- In the left menu use link Delete account
- Use button Request authorization password
- On your e-mail address, you will receive a message containing the authorization password. Fill in the password into the form and click on Delete account
- If everything is correct, you will be logged out and the account will be deleted.
We are sending the authorization password to your e-mail for safety reasons – to make sure the change is really performed by an authorized person (owner of the e-mail account).
