Customer – account cancellation

  Customer administration

Users registered in out system are granted the ability to cancel their own accounts.

However, you can only cancel accounts that do not contain:

  • incompleted orders for any service
  • active services
  • positive balance of the credit account

To cancel your registration, proceed as follows:

  1. Log in to customer administration
  2. Open tab Customer
  3. In the left menu use link Delete account
  4. Use button Request authorization password
  5. On your e-mail address, you will receive a message containing the authorization password. Fill in the password into the form and click on Delete account
  6. If everything is correct, you will be logged out and the account will be deleted.

We are sending the authorization password to your e-mail for safety reasons – to make sure the change is really performed by an authorized person (owner of the e-mail account).
