In the mailbox detail, you can manage the following settings:
- New Mailbox or Mailbox address@domain.tld: If you are creating a new mailbox, enter its name here. You can also add aliases to make the mailbox work for multiple email addresses at once.
- Password: Enter or generate (click the key icon) a strong and secure password.
While editing a mailbox, only enter a password if you want to change it. Otherwise, leave the fields blank.
- Redirect: You can forward all incoming messages to another mailbox. To also delete the forwarded message, check the corresponding box.
- Permissions: You can allow or block mailbox login, sending and delivery. You can also set a specific mailbox size and sending limits (leave blank to use server values).
- Advanced Settings: You may set whether to use a separate SPAM folder, and allow Sending from any address within the service – this means that after logging into this mailbox, you will be able to send email from any address on the service domain(s), even nonexistent ones. To do so, set up identities for these addresses.
