After the set time has elapsed, the system will block the temporary support account.

The system does not automatically inform customer support that temporary FTP access is granted. If you have set it up at the request of a support worker, let them know.

FAQ

Question: How long should I set up temporary access for?
Answer: A typical check, for example checking FTP access or files, usually takes a maximum of 12 hours. More complex actions, such as solving a problem with CMS (WordPress and similar) can take longer. As a rule, we recommend setting temporary access at least until the end of the next working day and extending it if necessary.
