Each WEDOS Cloud has a specified expiration date, the date of expiration which you have prepaid. If you want to continue using WEDOS Cloud, it is necessary to postpone the expiration date.
If you do not want to renew the service, following the expiration, the service will shut down and eventually will be completely abolished and all the data will be deleted.
Our system automatically creates a renewal order 15 days before the expiration of the WEDOS Cloud sends a payment request to the customer via e-mail. The service is renewed after payment is recieved on our account (or after a successful on-line payment).
This behaviour prior to expiration can be modified, see: Setting the expiration and renewal of the service.
WEDOS Cloud can be paid for yearly or monthly and eventually also hourly (not yet available). If you want to change the billing period, follow the instructions for Changing the billing period of services.
If you are no longer interested in WEDOS Cloud and want to cancel renewal order (let service expire), read the procedure in article Termination of hosting services.
Manual renewal of WEDOS Cloud
The service can be manually extended at any time in the customer administration in the ‘detail’ of the specific service in the left menu, use the link Renewal. It is possible to pay immediately from credit account (if you use it and you have sufficient credit) or a payment request will be created and sent via e-mail.
Transfer between accounts and unavailable billing
After moving a service with an issued payment request to another account, the existing payment request will remain in the original customer account. In this case, change your billing information for the service and a new request for payment will be issued.
