You can find the WEDOS customer administration panel at https://client.wedos.com/.

The main navigation elements of the administration are the navigation bar and left menu:

  • In the navigation bar, you select the type of service you want to manage. You can also search for a service by number or name here.
  • In the left menu, you select the specific activity you want to perform.

An intermediate step in this navigation is often the selection of a specific service from the list. At the bottom of this list you will find a menu of bulk actions available for that type of service.

Under the list of your own services you will find a list of services made available to you as an authorized user.

Basic Tasks

The WEDOS customer administration panel allows the user, with few exceptions, to manage anything there is to their services. Only a handful of settings are reserved for customer and technical support. Instructions and procedures can be found here in the knowledge base.

Admin Panel Access

To access the administration panel, create a free customer account. You need it both to manage your own services and third-party services, if another customer adds you as an authorized user.

You can log in and register through third-party services such as Google, Facebook and others. You can find more information in the article Administration – Shared Login. If you want to secure the account, follow the instructions in Administration – Customer Account Security.

You do not need a customer account if you want to become the owner of a domain or operator of a service that your administrator will have in their customer account.

If you already have an account but can’t log in, follow the instructions in Administration – Login Troubleshooting.

System Status Check

The key service status monitor is the Status service at https://wedos.status.online. You can find the link along with the status indicator in the top bar of the customer administration panel. If the indicator is green, the systems status is OK.

You can find planned maintenance directly in the administration panel on the Downtimes, failures, changes page.

Authorized Requests

If you come across an action that you cannot perform in the customer administration panel yourself, send an authorized request for support, i.e. from the customer account in which the service is located, or which you are an authorized user of. You can find more information in the article Administration – Authorized Requests.
