The Contact Form

The contact form is used to initiate email communication with support and other WEDOS departments.

Unlike a regular email, a conversation initiated through the form is considered authorized. You can find more information in the article Administration – Authorized Requests.

If you have a general question, you can send a message from the form even without logging in.

You will receive a reply to the email indicated in the Email field, usually within:

  • 1-2 hours for requests handled by support or a technician,
  • 1 working day from another department,

depending on the department workload and request difficulty.

The listed times may vary considerably.

Contact Form Access

The best way to send a question or request about a specific service is via the service detail. For general questions, use the customer administration interface.

Service Detail

If you open the form from the service detail, the system will attach data to identify the service, making it easier for support to handle your request.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the customer administration panel.
  2. In the navigation bar, select a service category.
  3. Select the specific service you want to ask support about.
  4. In the service detail, click the life buoy icon next to the service title.

Customer Administration

Follow these steps to submit a generic request:

  1. Log into the customer administration panel.
  2. In the navigation bar, select My Account Customer.
  3. Underneath your customer info, click the Contact Form link.

Form without Login

You can use the form even without logging into the customer administration panel. In that case, however, the requests will not be authorized.

To open the contact form without logging in, visit this link and click the button I don’t have a customer account – continue without logging in.
