If the customer wants us to make a change in an order or service that requires us to first verify the ‘identity’ of that customer, we prefer to use the contact form, but that requires the customer to log in first. This will mean they are authorized and we will have confidence that the request is sent by the authorized person.

This is a security measure that prevents any unauthorized person from making any changes to information and data.

If the customer does not provide authorization, our staff may refuse some requests.

I Do Not Have a Customer Account Yet

Create an account first. If you already have some services with us, you must have a customer account linked to them. Verify that this account is your account.

I Can Not Log in

Try recovering a forgotten password first. If the system doesn’t recognize your email, make sure you’re trying to sign in to the correct account. Try any of your other email addresses. Try searching your email inbox for any email from a WEDOS sender.

If you still do not succeed, contact our customer support. This is possible even without logging in and our operators will help lead you in the right direction.
