Grafana Access
Grafana is an interface for diagnosing the WMS service as a whole. It is currently unable to diagnose individual webhostings. Follow these steps to access the intrface:
- Log into the customer administration access.
- In the navigation bar, select Web & Email Hosting WMS.
- Choose the service you want to diagnose.
- In the Load Charts section, click the Open Grafana button.
This button will open a new Grafana window that will prompt you to enter your login information.
The login name is the name of the service, i.e. WMS*, where you replace * with the corresponding number.
If you don’t know the password, you can find the Change Password button immediately under the Open Grafana button. You then enter a new password in the form and save it. The change will take effect immediately.
Grafana Interface
Grafana contains a large amount of information about the performance of the WMS service as a whole. Unfortunately, performance statistics for individual webhostings are not currently available.
The first set of graphs shows the current CPU, RAM and disk usage by the web and database.
In the top right corner, you can set:
- Performance check time period (default: Last 30 minutes).
- Refresh frequency (default: disabled).
