The WMS service includes 5 GB of email space. As an add-on service, you can increase this space up to 0.5 TB. You distribute this quota between individual webhostings in GB units. Unfortunately, the service does not support smaller allocations.

The email space is in addition to the purchased web/database disk space.

If you are creating a new WMS webhosting, assign the email space according to the WMS – Webhosting guide.

To access the WMS webhosting email management interface, follow these steps:

1. Log into the customer administration panel.
2. In the navigation bar, select Web & Email Hosting WMS.
3. Select the WMS to manage.
4. In the Webhostings table, select a webhosting.
5. In the left menu, select Email Settings.

In the email settings, you can enable or disable email services by toggling the Enable Email Services switch and clicking the Edit Email Service Settings button.

If the quota is used up, you cannot allocate any more space. To get more space:

• increase WMS email space,
• decrease the mail quota of an unused webhosting, or
• delete an unused webhosting that uses emails.

To adjust the capacity of WMS webhosting mailboxes, first enter the interface for email setup according to the instructions in the WMS Webhosting Email chapter.

If emails are enabled, use the slider to set the amount of space you want to allocate to them. Save the settings with the Edit Email Service Settings button.

You can reduce the allocated space only if the total volume of emails is lower than the new mailbox capacity. You can check the volume of emails according to the instructions Emails – Mailbox Capacity Check.

To adjust the email capacity of the entire WMS service, follow the instructions Emails – Mailbox Storage Upgrade, but select a WMS hosting service instead of the services listed there.

Attention, if the extension space is used by WMS webhosting, you cannot reduce the number of add-on activations or deactivate it entirely. Follow the instructions in the Depleted Quota chapter.

Question: Can I allocate less than 1GB of email space to a webhosting?
Answer: No, the smallest unit of space you can allocate is 1 GB.
