You can change the plan only for paid WEDOS Disks. WEDOS Disk Free (free for web hosting and VPS) cannot be changed or connected to one larger space.

You can upgrade or downgrade the Disk to one of the options listed on the product page:

• 30 GB (up to 30 thousand files)
• 100 GB (up to 200 thousand files)
• multiples of 1 TB (up to 3 million files / TB; max 3 TB)

We do not offer Disks with individual parameters.

When downgrading (reducing disk space):

• Make sure the occupied space is less than the available space of the new plan. The same limitation applies to the number of files and users.
• You can use the unused funds of the higher plan to extend the validity of the service by a proportional part. Include this request in the communication with technical support.

During an upgrade, the space will be increased by a technician in the available time. The system will then issue an invoice with a maturity of 7 days to cover the price difference until the end of the current period. If you have sufficient credit, the system will automatically deduct the additional payment from the credit account.

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not support any individual plan configurations.
