Views
WEDOS Cloud offers two SunStone view modes: cloud and advanced, with advanced offering significantly more settings.
All cloud manuals assume you are using the advanced view.
Follow these steps to switch the mode:
- Log into the ON SunStone interface.
- Click your username in the upper right corner.
- Choose Views (mixed) Advanced, or Cloud.
Interface Language
The default language of SunStone is English. To change the language, follow these steps:
- Log into the ON SunStone interface.
- In the left menu, select Settings.
- Change the Language item.
Two-Factor Authentication
Two-factor authentication of the ON SunStone interface is independent of the customer administration panel settings.
Follow these steps to enable/disable two-factor authentication:
- Log into the ON SunStone interface.
- In the left menu, click Settings.
- At the top of the page, select the Auth tab.
- Click the Manage the two factor authentication button.
Next, choose whether you want to register an authenticator app or a security key. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Public SSH Key
Adding a public SSH key will allow you to connect to servers via SSH.
Follow these steps:
- Log into the ON SunStone interface.
- In the left menu, click Settings.
- At the top of the page, select the Auth tab.
- Click the Public SSH key edit icon.
- Enter your public SSH key in the field. SunStone will save it automatically.

Question: Why does my interface look different than in tutorials?
Answer: The tutorial uses the advanced view mode. Switch to it.
Question: What should I do if I lose the OTP key or authentication device?
Answer: Log into the customer administration panel where the service is located and contact us via the form. Include the name of the service and a request to cancel the two-factor authorization.
