FAQ
Question: How long after creation does a server created from a template normally remain in PENDING status?
Answer: Setting up a server from a template is usually a matter of a few minutes at most. If the PENDING status persists, you have probably exhausted all available addresses on the network interface. Buy more IP addresses or move the VPS to another network interface.
