If you need to send and receive emails from another domain, which is assigned to webhosting as alias, it is possible to use identities. In this case, you can send and receive e-mails from various aliases from the web interface or client Mozilla Thunderbird, where is not possible to create separate mailbox for individual domains (aliases).
When using aliases, the mailbox info@first-domain.tld is the same as info@second-domain.tld..
First, you need to set the domain as alias in webhosting details.
It is better to set our DNS servers for domain and when adding alias check option perform changes to our DNS servers for alias domain.
In case of using other DNS servers, you must set up our MX records (value for MX record you can find in an email after webhosting establishment or in customer administration in service details).
