We offer a discount for renewing services as part of marketing events or our loyalty program.

You can only apply the renewal discount for hosting services and WEDOS Global services. Discount coupons cannot be applied to domains.

If you have a valid service renewal discount coupon, follow these steps to redeem it:

1. Log into the customer administration panel.
2. In the navigation bar, select the service to apply the coupon to.
3. In the left menu, select Renewal.
4. Check Renewal Discount Code and enter the code.
5. Click the Apply Discount button.
6. Click the Order Renewal button.

Renew:

The service renewal applies from the current expiration date, regardless of the date when the renewal was ordered or paid (as long as the service is active).

Common problems with applying renewal discounts include:

• Renewal discount code option missing
• Invalid coupon code

Issue: The service renewal form does not contain any box for entering a discount code.

Cause: Some services, such as domains, do not support renewal discounts.

Solution: Use the coupon to renew the service for which it is intended.

Issue: An error message says: Invalid service renewal discount code.

Cause: The coupon code is not intended for service renewal (works only to create a new service), has expired due to a time or usage limit, or does not exist at all.

Solution: Make sure that you are entering the coupon correctly and that you meet its terms. If you believe that your coupon should be valid, contact customer support.

Question: Why do you give such high discounts to new customers and almost nothing to existing ones?
Answer: We have calculated that some of the new customers will not use the service at all, or only partially. The operation of new services costs us roughly half of those that have been with us longer. We can therefore offer a 50% discount to new customers, but if we gave the same discount to existing customers using the service to its maximum potential, it wouldn’t be worthwhile for us to run it anymore.

Question: Why can’t I get a domain renewal discount?
Answer: We sell domains practically at the registry purchase prices. Every discount we offer for domains depends on the registry also providing that discount at the time.
