• You do not apply a discount code to the order.
• The chosen TLD is on the gift list for the service.

If you want to register a domain for free at the same time as a service that supports it, register the domain directly as part of the service order, not separately.

Follow these steps:

1. In the first step of the order, enter the domain name (without www).
2. In the Gifts section, check Free Domain with this Hosting.

The domain registration itself will then take place as part of the hosting order. The system creates the domain oncer the hosting service is paid. From the next period the services (hosting and domain) are invoiced separately.

You can get a free domain coupon for orders of selected services. You can combine this gift with any other gift, including a free domain for that hosting.

If you choose this gift, after completing and paying for the order, we will send you a discount coupon by email, with which you can order a domain with one of the selected TLDs for free. The coupon can only be applied to a domain order. Instructions for ordering a domain can be found in the article Domains – Registration.

Question: I bought domain.tld because the .tld extension was supposed to be a free webhosting gift, but I received an invoice saying that I should pay it. Now what?
Answer: If you want a free domain for a hosting service, you have to set it up at the same time as the hosting service. Follow these instructions to cancel your domain order. If you have already paid for and activated the domain, a cancellation or refund is not possible.

Question: Can I use a discount coupon for a hosting service and get a coupon for a free domain at the same time?
Answer: No, we do not offer gifts with discounted services.
