In this article, you will learn:
Sort Mail With Folders
By default, WebMail contains separate folders for incoming mail, drafts, sent messages, junk (spam) and trash. You can create a new folder inside each of these folders and separately and move messages to it manually or automatically using incoming mail filters.
Create New Folder
You can create a new folder or subfolder as follows:
- Log into the WebMail client.
- In the upper right corner, click Settings.
- In the left menu, select Folders.
- In the Folders columns, click the + button.
- Fill in the settings and click the Save button.

You can set:
- Folder Name.
- Parent folder. Select – – – to create a folder outside of other folders.
- List view mode. You can choose either List, which displays each message individually, or Threads, which organizes messages and their responses into groups.
Empty Folder
You can empty the folder, i.e. move all its e-mails to the Trash. The move also affects the Trash subfolders. The only exception is the Trash itself, from which emptying deletes emails completely.
- Log into the WebMail client.
- In the upper right corner, click Settings.
- In the left menu, select Folders.
- In the Folders column, select the folder you want to empty, and then click the gear icon.
- Click the Empty option.

Delete Folder
Deleting a folder will completely delete all emails that the folder contains.
Follow the same procedure as when emptying a folder, but instead of Empty, select the Delete option in the last step, if available.
FAQ
Question: What if I want to delete the folder, but keep the emails?
Answer: First, move all emails to another folder: at the bottom of the client, click the Select button, select the All option, and then drag and drop the messages into another folder. You can then safely delete the original folder.
