Email Forwarding
To set up email forwarding, first create a new filter by following these steps:
- Log into the WebMail client.
- In the upper right corner, click Settings.
- In the left menu, select Filters.
- At the bottom of the Filters section, click the + button.
In the Filter definition form, fill in:
- Filter name: Choose any name by which you can easily identify the filter.
- For incoming mail: Check All messages.
- Execute the following actions: Select Redirect message to and enter the target email address.
Finish the setup by clicking the Save button.
Email Notification
If you only want to send an email notification about the new message instead of forwarding it, select the Send notification option instead of Redirect message to and set the notification email and other parameters.
Forwarding Options
You can extend basic forwarding with additional options, such as:
- Adding multiple email addresses to forward the email to.
- Deleting forwarded messages to prevent the mailbox from overflowing.
Forward to Multiple Addresses
To set additional forwarding addresses, click the + button in the Execute the following actions section and add another Redirect message to action.
Delete Forwarded Messages
If you only use the mailbox to forward emails, consider adding a setting that deletes the message after forwarding. Emails deleted by the filter do not accumulate in the trash, so you do not have to constantly clean the mailbox.
Follow these steps:
- Click the + button in the Execute the following actions section.
- Select the Delete message action.
