This guide covers setting up shared login via a third-party service to an existing customer account. If you want to create a customer account using a third-party service, follow the guide Administration – Customer Account.
If you want to grant access to your services to another customer, set them up as an authorized user according to the article Administration – Authorized Users.

Shared Login
Thanks to shared login, you can log into the WEDOS customer administration using the login name (email) and password of another Internet service. With shared login active, you only use one account with which you connect to multiple places. We currently support the following services:
- WEDOS ID
- MojeID
Activate and Manage Shared Login
You can activate shared login to an existing account in the login interface or in the customer administration panel.
Login Interface
You can log into the WEDOS customer administration panel using any supported shared login service. If this service and your customer account are not yet paired, the system will set up the connection during login.
Follow these steps:

- Log into the selected service.
- On the Pair with Existing Customer Account screen, enter your WEDOS login credentials.
- Click the Pair Accounts button to enable shared login.
Customer Administration Panel
You can add and remove shared login accounts after logging into the customer administration panel.
Enter the shared login setup interface by following these steps:
- Log into the customer administration panel by any means.
- In the navigation bar, select My Account Customer.
- In the left menu, click Shared Login.
In this interface you can:
- Link to a new service: click the green Link Account button and log into the selected service. This completes the link.
- Check login history: click the green button with the clock icon.
- Unlink an account: click the red Unlink Account button.
FAQ
Question: Is shared login secure?
Answer: You can set a very strong password on your customer account, but after setting up shared login, you don’t have to enter or even remember it. Of course there are risks, but in general, shared login is a safe and convenient way to access your accounts. For more tips on account security, see the article Administration – Customer Account Security.
Question: How do I make sure that only I have access to my account?
Answer: Currently, one of the most secure and widely used login methods is the use of biometrics – a fingerprint or face scan, depending on the capabilities of your mobile phone. Such an option is offered, for example, by shared login using MojeID.
