This guide covers the methods you have available to pay for your order. You can find information on how to obtain payment data and solve problems in the Billing – Order Payments guide.
In this article, you will learn how to make a payment via:
Credit Account
With the credit account, you pay for orders from prepaid credit. This allows you to:
- Pay orders immediately with one click (you don’t wait for payment to be received and processed).
- Create bulk orders.
- Renew services automatically.
- Order services via WAPI (WEDOS API).
You can find more information in the article Billing – Credit Account.
Bank Transfer
A regular bank account transfer and its processing typically takes 1-2 working days. If you are in a hurry, choose an online payment method.
WEDOS bank accounts are:
- Czechia (CZK only): 313787/2010, Fio banka, a.s.
- Slovakia (EUR only): SK6683300000002400178157, Fio banka, a.s.
- Poland (PLN only): CZ1720100000002600860783, Fio banka, a.s.
When entering data manually, pay close attention the variable symbol and the pament amount (including decimals). Avoid rounding the amount or merging multiple payments into one.
By entering incorrect payment data, you will usually extend the processing time by up to several working days. If we are unable to match the payment in time, we will refund it.
By using the QR code in the customer administration panel, your bank’s system will obtain the exact transfer data, but it is not an online payment. You will receive a confirmation email once payment has been received and processed with the correct variable symbol.
